3.LEGALS AND VALUATION

We will appoint an approved valuation team from our panel to go inspect the property. At the same time, Fortys and the borrower will instruct their solicitors to start the legal work.

4.DRAWDOWN

Once the legal work is finalized, we are ready to release the funds immediately. Our solicitor will transfer the funds to the borrower’s solicitor and the process will be complete
