Jehuda Spitzer

Before co-founding Fortys Capital in early 2020, Jehuda had worked for many years in the debt industry. He started his career in lending at a London-based bridging company, built up his own loan book, and was involved in various time-sensitive transactions which included completing cases within 24 hours from initial contact to draw-down.

Jehuda’s knowledge of the property industry enables him to align himself with the borrower’s needs. In addition, this helps him to provide the instant decision making required for his clients to take advantage of an investment opportunity. Prior to entering the debt market, Jehuda graduated with a BSc in Business Management from the Jerusalem College of Technology and gained experience in financial services working in the private banking sector at, HSBC and Julius Baer.
