Mezzanine loan on student accommodation near the university of Wolverhampton. This second charge loan on an income producing student accommodation completed within 10 days of initial contact with the borrower. The client was due to repay his current facility and was put under pressure to complete imminently. We assessed the deal and were happy with the underwriting of the borrower and his refinance strategy. We managed to get the second charge consent, valuation and legals all done within the required time-frame and completed this £800,000.00 loan facility at an LTV of 70%.
