Benji Perlberger
Joint MD and Co-Founder
Benji has a background in commodities from his time working at Glencore and Tricon Energy. Benji has been active in the UK Real Estate markets since a young age and decided to focus full time on his passion.
He managed to build up his network and gain experience in debt underwriting working on complex and time-sensitive cases for a city-based lender. He applies his analytical skill set to bring creative ideas on structuring flexible loan facilities.
Benji holds a BSc in Statistics, Economics, and Finance from University College London.
